Welcome to Carbon Evolution WA. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Carbon Evolution WA is not liable for any cost incurred during the preparation, installation and modifications process needed for any products, regardless of whether it is deemed a defective product. All defective products should be made aware to Carbon Evolution immediately and will be swapped out to an alternative non-defective product (customer accepts that there may be a waiting time involved if Carbon Evolution WA does not have this product in stock).

Products: We offer a range of carbon fiber products for vehicles, including interior and exterior trim pieces. All of our products are custom-made to order, and may have variations in finish, texture, and color due to the nature of the materials used.

Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment by credit card through PayPal or a third-party payment gateway.

Shipping: We ship our products worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be levied by your country.

Delivery: We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the availability of the product and the shipping method you choose. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they may be affected by factors outside our control.

Warranty Policy: We offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If you believe that your product is faulty or defective, please contact us within the 2 days period to make a claim. In the case of a valid claim, we will help repair or replace the product. Please note that we may request proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage.

Returns:
We strongly recommend that you consider your purchase carefully, as a number of our items are custom made to order, shipped in to customer specification and may come with charges to return them. If for whatever reason you do change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery. 40% Restock/Cancellation fee applies plus the shipping fee of the product and the booking returned to Carbon Evolution WA.
We will accept stocked items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days from the day of delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if:
- You return your product without proof of purchase.
- The products have been sat in, used, any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged.
- The goods were a special order and/or made to your specification.
- The Products were not originally purchased from us.
- The Products was deemed defective without proof of professional installation
- A holding deposit was left for a specific product or order
- If the item is in stock
Please note all our items are wrapped up in bubble wrap and shipped out with a hard reinforced cardboard box however sometimes freight damage does occur due to freight Companies. We will not be responsible for any freight damage that occurs during transportation we highly recommend the buyer purchases freight insurance. Please contact us if you wish to purchase freight insurance with your order.
As per the ACCC Refunds & Returns Policy - We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our website, products, and content are owned by or licensed to Carbon Evolution WA. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products.
All products sold by Carbon Evolution WA may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with their local, state and national authorities; in regards to the legality of their vehicle. Carbon Evolution WA is not responsible for the installation and modification of the product or the vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility and understanding to take best practices and engage with a professional installer to achieve best possible fitment and results.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with their local, state and national authorities; in regards to the legality of their vehicle.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or products after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
